I also got this yesterday. One of my patients from back when I was on the Women's unit at State Hospital is down in rehab in Florida right now, and she sent me a Christmas card. It took a little while to reach me, because technically I'm not on staff at State Hospital, but it finally got to someone who knew who I was and passed it on.
Truly, that's everything I can ever hope for.

isn't it great when our efforts pay off? I'm glad they found you to give it to you. Save it, somedays it's nice to be reminded:)
It makes it all worthwhile, doesn't it? At least for a little while!
I have always known that you were a doctor that would make a positive impact on your patients. Keep the card for those days when things do not seem to go as well. You are a wonderful doctor and on your way to becoming a spectacular doctor.
How Nice Kate.
Box should be winging it's way to you this afternoon. I did drop it off.
There are 4 items in the box. If all four items do not show up please let me know as soon as possible so I can go postal on the guy at the UPS Store that wouldn't actually put everything in the box while I was still there to see him do it.
Let's hope he doesn't have a secret yarn fetish.
rAwwwww.
The r is from one of my FIVE attempts to be smarter than the spam letters, btw.
